This is a web site about Bulgarian history and culture. The information is divided into categories (see Main menu). This web site is a place where you can find many interesting facts and pictures.
3. Is it free to use?
Yes, you can access the website for free, no registration is needed. You need written permission only if you want to copy or redistribute the information and pictures, published on our web site.
4. Making donation
You can help our web site develop by making donation via PayPal - please see the PayPal box in the right column of each page on our web site.
5. What are the donations for?
Each year we must pay for the domain name and the hosting services. We take a lot of time developing the web site and making research how to make History and Culture of Bulgaria easy to find and easy to use by more people. We also travel in order to gather information first hand, then write the articles and retouch/resize the pictures. When posting information other people have sent us, we take the time to read it first and edit if needed. Donation is used to cover the expenses of the administrators of the web site. Bulgarian history and Culture is a big site that takes a lot of resources to function.
6. Can I post a comment?
Yes, you can. Posting a comment is very easy. Just go to the article you want to comment and write in the comment box below the article.
7. Can I post a comment if I am not registered?
Yes, you can. You are welcome to leave your opinion about our articles or Bulgarian history and culture at all.
8. Can I post an article?
You can post an article only if you are one of the authors at history.rodenkrai.com/new. Otherwise please email the story and pictures to us at admin [at] rodenkrai.com. We will review the article and we will notify you if your article has been approved or not. Please note, you need to notify us who the author of the article is (if you are not the author, we need the written permission of the author). We also need permission from the person who took the pictures (if there are any). No materials containing bad language or offensive words and theories will be published.
9. Can I become an author of history.rodenkrai.com/new?
Just send us an email and let us know what you want to write about. You can send us any article you want. We will not publish any article without your permission.
10. Do I need to pay for my articles to be published at history.rodenkrai.com?
No, this website is done for educational purposes and to help gather and preserve information about the Bulgarian heritage. We do not charge our authors nor pay them for their articles. We are volunteers.
11. Can I report stolen content?
